We make every effort to accurately represent our products. However, colours may appear differently depending on your device's screen settings — particularly relevant for our ribbon colourways, where we recommend viewing on a calibrated screen where possible.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is not confirmed until we send an order confirmation. Payment must be received before an order is accepted.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. As orders are often dispatched the same day, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order is accepted. In the event we cannot accept or fulfil your order, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price shown at the time your order is placed, as confirmed in your order confirmation email. Prices do not include shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

You agree to provide accurate and complete payment and billing information. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that all charges will be honoured.

We aim to dispatch orders within 4 working days of purchase. All delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control. Once your order has been dispatched, risk passes to you upon delivery.SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
