Dispatch Orders are dispatched within 4 working days of purchase. We often dispatch sooner than this, and many orders are sent the same day.
UK DELIVERY
Delivery times Delivery times are estimated by your chosen carrier and are not guaranteed. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information where available.
Shipping Costs Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout - standard shipping is £4, express shipping is £5. Free shipping is only available within UK on orders over £50.
Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at hello@littlebeeandtheowl.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
LIMITED EU DELIVERY
Delivery We currently ship to the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden.
Delivery Times Estimated delivery to EU destinations is 5–10 working days once dispatched, depending on your country and chosen carrier. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs Shipping Costs EU shipping is a flat rate of £12 and is fully tracked. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Free shipping is not available on EU orders.
Customs & Import Duties As we ship from the UK, your order may be subject to customs charges, import duties, or local taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. Please note that customs clearance is outside of our control and we are unable to expedite this process. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs handling in your country. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
