PLACING AN ORDER

You can place your order online. You will receive a confirmation email which details your purchase, the price and your billing and/or shipping address. Please check that the information is correct and contact us immediately if there is an error.

Your confirmation email is an acknowledgement of your order but a legally binding contract is not formed until you receive confirmation that your purchase has been dispatched.

We have the right not to accept an order for any given reason.

 

ITEM DESCRIPTION & REPRESENTATION

We display the colours and images of the items we sell as accurately as we can. However, we cannot guarantee that this is a true reflection of the item you will receive as it can look different on various screens and devices.

 

RIBBONS

When ordering ribbon we recommend ordering all you will need so that we can dispatch from the same batch. Natural variations can arise when dying using hand dye techniques so items from differing batches may vary. Hand dyed ribbons may also show slight marbling, this should not be considered a flaw but part of their artisanal charm. As the ribbons are hand made very minor variations in measurements may occur.

 

WREATHS & HOME DECOR

All items are hand made and so minor variations may occur. Measurements given are approximate.

 

PRICES

The prices are displayed on the site in GBP. The final purchase price will be calculated at checkout when you have entered your shipping location

 

PAYMENTS

Your payment will be processed securely, and the amount will be taken as soon as your order has been placed.

 

DELIVERY

We aim to process and post all orders within 3 business days from your order date. We will always do our utmost to process orders as quickly as possible. 

It’s important that the shipping address you provide at the time of ordering is accurate and correct as we cannot be held responsible for parcels which may go missing due to inaccurate addresses.

Your delivery should arrive within the timeframe specified in your dispatch email. 

Items shipped internationally are subject to destination customs and border controls. The delays may be considerable and we have no responsibility over this.

If your purchase arrives and it is faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of reciept by emailing hello@littlebeeandtheowl. We will ask you to retain the original packaging as a proof of the condition the goods were received in, and we may ask you to provide photos.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If for any reason, your purchase is unsuitable you have 14 days from the date you received your order to return it for a refund. This will exclude your initial shipping cost unless your item is deemed faulty.

You must send your order back to us at your own cost. Please make sure your purchase is returned in the original condition and packaging. We will refuse a refund for items that are returned used or not in their original condition. We strongly recommend that you use a tracked delivery service as we can’t be held responsible for returns that go missing and will refuse a refund for orders that are not received by us or are inadequately packaged.

Your return will be processed within 2 business days of receipt. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show in your account. If you haven’t received the funds after this time, please contact your payment issuer for assistance.

YOUR USE OF THE SITE

All wording, designs, photography, copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property remain the property of Little Bee And The Owl. You are only permitted to use such content if authorised by us. We reserve the right to pursue legal proceedings where necessary.

We reserve the right to use imagery for any form of advertising including web-based promotions, brochures, and competitions if you use #littlebeeandtheowl or @littlebeeandtheowl on your social media post.

 

LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence.
